Live groups usually happen at 7pm Pacific Time, usually on a Monday evenings.

There is a $15 suggested donation. Any donation is appreciated, and none required.

Live Groups, held on Zoom, may have a specific focus but the individual interests of participants are most welcome. EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is commonly used when the opportunity arises, instruction available as needed. Groups are an opportunity to work with Mark in a group setting, and to explore topics such as trauma release, presence, energetics, trance and the unconscious mind.

Technical notes – Install Zoom here: https://zoom.us/download  Keep software up to date. If sound, mic or camera don’t work rebooting often solves the problem. Consider muting yourself when not “working” with Mark, especially if there is room noise. Sessions may be recorded to support the work… if this is uncomfortable for any participants it will be turned off. Audio and video recordings may be stored temporarily on password protected servers and are not ever used without explicit written request.
